Hello!

I'm an experienced Product Manager and UX Generalist

I live in Los Angeles, CA, and work for clients across the country. I'm addicted to creating experiences. I focus on usability research, product ideation, and delivering quality products.

My background is in behavioral economics, a perfect training for me to keep an analytical footing while studying human behavior. I was selected as a product management fellow out of college, which is where I received my technical and product training.

For the past five years I've worked on some of the most exciting products in live streaming and sports. Now I work for my clients as a freelancer offering product strategy services. If your product has a problem, I'll solve it!

HOW CAn I help?

  • I help companies reduce risk, define opportunity costs, increase transparency, and bring discovery into the product process.
  • I can help you deliver a product on time, on budget, and to the delight of users.
  • I can also specialize in the beginning of the product process; leading ideation, identifying new product opportunities and conducting usability research.

My Philosophy

Putting the user first is the right thing to do, both as a matter of principle and a matter of pragmatism. By having something of value to the user, you earn their time. No other path is sustainable over the long term.

I believe in the power of play when creating. I've seen the impact Gamestorming activities have in bringing a sense of community and renewed discovery to an ideation process.

I'm influenced by Design Thinking. I've led many design sprints and usability studies. Sometimes, I customize the design sprint flow to include personas and other metrics.

I’m addicted to learning. Currently, I'm studying written and visual storytelling to become a better creator.

I also believe sometimes you have to take big risks. People can’t always tell you exactly what they want; sometimes they don’t know until you’ve shown them.
